Accessibility statement
We want every part of this site to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, voice control or reduced motion enabled. If something here gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it.

Our commitment
Decades Sales Partners is committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our measuring standard, since that is the benchmark US courts and the Department of Justice look to for web accessibility.
Conformance status
We believe this site substantially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with the exceptions listed under known limitations below. This is a self-assessment carried out on 2 September 2026 by reviewing every page against the Level A and AA success criteria, calculating contrast ratios for every text and interface colour pair, and testing the site with the keyboard alone and with JavaScript disabled. It has not been audited by an independent third party.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with one main landmark per page, a correct heading order with no skipped levels, and a “skip to content” link as the first focusable element.
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- All text meets or exceeds the WCAG AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1 — including footer text, form placeholders and the disclosure text at the bottom of every page. The boundaries of interactive controls (form fields, buttons, option pills) meet the separate 3:1 ratio that applies to interface components.
- Keyboard focus is never hidden behind the sticky header: the page reserves space above the focused element when it scrolls, so you can always see where you are.
- Form results are announced to screen readers rather than appearing silently, and focus moves to the confirmation so you know the message was sent.
- Layout survives the WCAG text-spacing overrides (line height 1.5, letter spacing 0.12em, word spacing 0.16em, paragraph spacing 2em) with no clipped or overlapping content.
- Every call to action is a real link that works with JavaScript switched off. Contact forms post natively without JavaScript, so no one is locked out of reaching us.
- Dialogs are marked up as ARIA dialogs: focus moves into them on open, stays within them while they are open, returns to the control that opened them on close, and Escape always closes them.
- Text descriptions for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Forms with real labels tied to their controls, clear required-field marking, and errors reported in text rather than by colour alone.
- Motion respects
prefers-reduced-motion: entrance animations are switched off entirely when your system asks for reduced motion, and content is never left hidden if an animation does not run. - Layouts reflow to 320 pixels wide and tolerate text resized to 200% without loss of content or function. Pinch-zoom is not disabled.
Known limitations
- The scorecard. The sales health scorecard needs JavaScript to calculate a score. The questions and answer options are fully readable without it, and you are welcome to send your answers by email instead — you will get the same response.
- Booking a call. Booking is handled by a short form or by email rather than an embedded third-party calendar, so there is no scheduling widget to work around.
- Event photographs. Some images show groups of people at events. Their alternative text describes the event rather than naming every individual pictured.
- Third-party services. Form delivery and, in future, scheduling are handled by outside providers whose interfaces we do not control. Email always works as an alternative.
Telling us about a problem
If you hit a barrier — on any page, with any assistive technology — email bethbenkowski@gmail.com with the page address and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within one business day and to fix genuine barriers promptly. If a fix will take time, we will offer another way to get you what you needed in the meantime. There is no separate form to fill in and no ticket number to chase; the message goes to Beth.
Alternative ways to reach us
You never have to use a form on this site to work with us. Email works for everything: enquiries, booking a call, asking a question, or requesting the content of any page in a different format.
Keeping this accurate
This statement describes the site as it actually is, not as we intend it to be. When we change the site we re-check it against the criteria above and update this page, including the limitations list. If you find a claim here that does not match your experience, that itself is a problem we want to hear about.
