Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what you type into a form or send us by email, plus standard server logs.
No cookies, no advertising pixels, no profiling. We use cookieless, privacy-first analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits.
We do not sell or share your personal information, and have not done so in the past 12 months.
You can see, copy, correct or delete what we hold, or ask us to stop contacting you, using the request form on this page.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

Enquiry and scorecard forms: your name, work email, company, sales team size, the areas you select, anything you write in the message field, and (for the scorecard) the answers and score you chose to send.
Privacy requests: the name, email and details you give in the request form below.
Call requests: if you request a call, your name, work email, company, phone number if you give one, the dates and times of day you suggest, your time zone, how you would like to talk and what you want to cover. Your browser’s time zone setting is read to preselect the time zone and is sent with the request.
Email: whatever you include if you write to us directly.
Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information such as health, financial account or government ID details.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if it is a fit, to scope and deliver an engagement.
To schedule and hold meetings you have asked for.
To handle privacy requests and keep a record that we did.
To keep the site secure and working, and to understand in aggregate how it is used.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form. If we ever want to send you something else, we will ask first.

Cookies, storage and tracking

This site sets no cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. We do not use advertising pixels, session recording or fingerprinting, and we do not track you across other websites.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, which sites referred them, and their general country, browser and device type, along with page load times. It works without cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not identify you or follow you to other sites. We see only aggregated totals, never individual visitors.

On your first page view in a browser session, the site stores one flag, dsp-intro, in your browser’s session storage so the short opening animation plays only once. It holds the value 1, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is erased when you close the tab.

We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information or run targeted advertising, there is nothing further to switch off, but we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out.

Who handles it

Formspree receives form submissions and delivers them to Beth by email.
No scheduling provider. We do not embed a third-party booking calendar, so no scheduling service receives your data from this site. Call requests go to Beth through Formspree, and she confirms times by email.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website, protects it from abuse, and provides the cookieless Web Analytics described above.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces used here. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
Email and calendar providers are used to correspond with you and hold meetings.
Sun Coast Digital Media designed, built and maintains this website for us. It may see form delivery settings and records while doing that work, and uses them for nothing else. It does not handle privacy requests; those go to Beth.

Each processes data under its own terms. We share your information with them only to provide the service you asked for. We do not sell, rent or share it for anyone’s marketing, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a working relationship follows, for the life of that relationship plus any period required for tax and legal records. Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted on request, and periodically in any case. Records of privacy requests are kept for 24 months so we can show they were handled.

Your rights, and how to use them

Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
correct anything that is inaccurate;
delete it;
stop contacting you.

Depending on where you live (including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, other US state privacy laws, and the UK and EU GDPR) you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection regulator.

Who handles your request. Beth Benkowski, as the owner of Decades Sales Partners, receives and handles every privacy request herself, whether it arrives through the form below or by email. Requests are not routed to our website builder or any other third party, and Beth is the person accountable for completing them.

How we handle a request. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete the request within 45 days, usually much sooner. If we need longer, we will tell you why. There is no charge. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address it concerns. Someone you have authorized in writing can make a request on your behalf. If we decline any part of a request, we will explain why, and you can reply to ask us to reconsider. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.

Security, and what not to send

This site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, with security headers that stop other sites from framing it or loading unexpected scripts into it. No website is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you without unreasonable delay and as the law requires.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, personal data about your employees or candidates, or confidential company information such as pipeline, customer or compensation data through this website. Share those only once an engagement and a confidentiality agreement are in place.

Artificial intelligence

There is no chatbot on this site, and no automated system makes decisions about you. Messages you send go to a person. The sales health scorecard adds up your answers in your own browser with a fixed formula; it is not AI. How AI was used to make this website is set out on our AI disclosure page.

Children

This site is aimed at business decision-makers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page and record what changed below. We do not make material changes silently.

11 September 2026: added the call request form (suggested times go to Beth through Formspree; no scheduling provider) and listed what it collects.
10 September 2026: added the short version, cookies and storage, Cloudflare Web Analytics, Global Privacy Control, request timelines and the request form (handled by Beth personally), breach notice, the website builder as a service provider, and a link to our AI disclosure.
2 September 2026: first version of this policy for the rebuilt site.
