Who we are

Decades Sales Partners is an independent sales performance consulting practice based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, founded and operated by Beth Benkowski (“we”, “us”).

Using this site

You may read, share and reference this site for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, misrepresent your identity when contacting us, or use it to send unlawful or misleading material.

This site is information, not advice

Everything here is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or human resources advice, and reading it or contacting us does not create a consulting, advisory or professional relationship. Do not act on it alone, and take your own professional advice on decisions that carry legal or financial consequences.

Engagements are governed by a separate agreement

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no scope, deliverable, timeline or price described here binds either of us. Any engagement is governed exclusively by a written proposal and signed agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, timing, confidentiality and everything else. Where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement governs. Any figures discussed before a proposal are indicative only.

No guarantee of results

Sales outcomes depend on your market, product, pricing, people and execution — factors we do not control. We do not guarantee any level of pipeline, win rate, quota attainment, retention or revenue, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise. Descriptions of past performance refer to Beth Benkowski’s career history and are not a prediction of your results.

Employment, compensation and hiring deliverables

Compensation plans, quota and territory assignments, commission and clawback terms, hiring criteria, interview processes and candidate evaluation carry legal and employment-law consequences that vary by jurisdiction. Every such deliverable is advisory. You are responsible for having it reviewed and approved by your own qualified employment counsel, HR and finance leadership before you adopt, communicate or act on it. We do not provide legal advice, do not make employment decisions on your behalf, and are not the employer of, or a staffing agency or recruiter of record for, any candidate.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text and code of this site belong to Decades Sales Partners unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Please do not reproduce the site or substantial parts of it without permission. Third-party names and marks referenced here belong to their respective owners; naming them implies no affiliation or endorsement.

This site relies on third-party services including our scheduling provider, form provider, font provider and host, and may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Availability and disclaimers

This site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability arising from this site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Liability arising from an engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement, not by this section. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this site, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
