How we use AI

The short version

• AI tools helped design, write and code this website. People directed the work and checked it before it went live.
• The photographs are real photographs of real people and events. None were generated by AI.
• There is no chatbot on this site, and no automated system makes decisions about you.
• AI is used in some of the consulting work, and Beth reviews anything AI-assisted before it reaches a client.

How this website was made

The site was designed and built for Decades Sales Partners by Sun Coast Digital Media, a web and marketing studio that works with AI tools. AI was used to draft page layouts, write and test the code, draft and edit copy, and check accessibility and security. Everything published was reviewed by a person before it went live.

The facts on this site (Beth’s career history, the services, and how engagements work) come from Beth and from the practice’s earlier website, not from an AI model. If you spot something that is wrong, please tell us and we will correct it.

Images

The photographs of Beth and of past team and customer events are real photographs. None were generated by AI. The “D” logo mark, the opening animation and the image shown when a page is shared on social media are graphic designs built from type and simple shapes in code.

In the consulting work

Artificial intelligence is also used in developing sales methodology, research and materials for clients. It speeds up drafting and analysis; it does not replace judgement. Beth reviews AI-assisted work before it reaches a client and is accountable for it. Where an automated system writes or speaks to a person on our behalf, it identifies itself as automated.

Recommendations that affect people, such as compensation plans, quota assignments and hiring criteria, stay advisory. They must be reviewed and approved by your own counsel, HR and finance leadership before you act on them, as our terms of service explain.

What AI does not do on this site

• No chatbot or AI assistant. Messages you send go to Beth.
• No automated decisions or profiling. We do not score, rank or sort visitors.
• The scorecard is arithmetic, not AI. The sales health scorecard adds up your answers in your own browser using a fixed formula. Your answers stay on your device unless you choose to send them.
• No tracking of individuals. The only analytics is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies. No advertising pixels, no session recording. See our privacy policy.

Search engines and AI assistants

This site welcomes search engines and AI assistants. Its public pages may be read, summarised and cited by them, and a plain-text overview is published at /llms.txt. If an AI assistant describes this practice in a way that does not match this site, this site is the accurate source.

Why we publish this

No US federal or Florida law requires a page like this for a business website. We publish it because you should know how the site and the work are made, and because being straight about it is part of how we do business.
